Such an incredible service provided. We came across the company by chance as were looking at another sofa shop nearby but the minute we spoke to Taz and saw the workshop we were sold. We showed photos of what we liked and already had one fabric picked out but were guided through the whole process. They have such brilliant knowledge and we learnt so much! The quality cant be beaten and we loved how they sourced materials responsibly. The cost is really fair considering the quality, and was certainly much cheaper than other high end national companies. Couldnt recommend more.

The designer sofa has delivered our pair of sofas beyond our expectations. Having done a number of weeks research to choosing our new sofa for our new home, we quickly realised that the quality from your high street store was sub optimal. Following in-depth research I was brought to the home of British upholstery in Long Eaton. Here we found a number of companies, but the Designer Sofa were the stand out company. A small team, build on customer service and delivering the highest of quality. Taz and Nathan have since our first meeting delivered a bespoke set of sofas which we had a vision for, using numerous pictures from a magazine, Taz and Nathan have kept us involved throughout. We were able to visit the sofas in production in the warehouse too, which was a fantastic experience. The pair of sofas are without doubt the most comfortable Ive ever sat on and look as we had wanted. The process of buying was unparalleled. They delivered on time as agreed and within our budget. We are so happy with the final product.

Fantastic pieces of furniture from this tremendous company. Expert advice from Taz. From start to finish the whole experience has been fantastic from first walking through the door to the delivery guys placing the furniture in our living room with the upmost care.

Fantastic, exceptional, marvellous - there are not enough superlatives to describe our experience here. My advice is not to waste time going anywhere else first - go and experience this incredible customer service for yourself, from people who know, and care, about what they are doing. The quality of service from the shop floor is indicative of what's going on behind the scenes to make your furniture. Thank you to Taz, Nathan, and the team for helping us in the way you have!
