        What a lovely chap. I travel well out of my way to use this particular Timpsons as the staff are always a cut above

        Went in at 5:10pm (should be open until 6) to ask for a key to be cut and got sniggered at and told its collection only on Thursdays and Fridaysif thats actually IS the case there was no sign to say that, but it was pretty clear the guy couldnt be bothered. Rude and unhelpful, go elsewhere.
