Went in to have an extra hole punched into some new shoe straps. It was done quickly whilst I waited and they only wanted a donation to their charity which i was very happy to do.

Hi, A replacement battery, not an original iPhone battery, was used to replace the one in my iPhone XR. They recommended cheap non-original batteries because they said originals were pricey. Even if I don't use my phone much, it still loses charge quickly. Then I discovered that genuine goods only cost 40 pounds more than those knockoffs. I spent 45 for the battery, and I'll now pay another 85 at a certified Apple store for an authentic Apple battery. Despite this, I am not upset because they are excellent at creating high-quality keys and repairing watches and shoes. Simply put, I would advise them to also keep original batteries on hand so that anyone with the means to do so might purchase them just in case. I like this store because it is very nice and clean, and the staff is helpful and experienced.
