Stuff is kind and nicely. But I went on Friday and Saturday for key cutting. Their copy on Friday did not work. I went on Saturday again, their new copy did not work again. I am so disappointed. I got refund on Sunday. I have been stayed with this shop for 6,7 years. Disappointed

I went there for a key cutting. Super fast service all done on the spot at a very reasonable price, and super friendly staff! Overall, a great experience.

Went here last Saturday afternoon to get some polish. I knew what I wanted however middle aged male staff member tried to tell me I wanted something different which was completely unsuitable. The staff member was argumentative and bordering on aggressive. I quickly walked off as I couldn't be bothered with him and I heard him slam the polish on the stand. I went to the other Timpsons down from Market Square to get what I needed. After a couple of coats my shoes perfect again. The underskilled staff member here obviously hasn't the first idea what he's talking about and clearly brings his bad moods, poor attitude and chip on his shoulder to work.

Google confirm closing time 17.30pm got there at 17.13pm today (3.3.23) to collect my shoes and the very rude unprofessional staff said company only pays me 8hrs. He closed the shutter and walked away. Needless to say, this will be the last time I use this company.
