3 attempts and they still couldnt cut a key correctly. Young lad was defensive and rude, didnt even offer an apology.

This afternoon I visited Timpson in the Morrison Gamston Nottingham branch to collect my boots which was put there to repair yesterday. The boots I received seem not what I was expecting as the cracking was not glued properly and the whole repair was roughly done, so I showed this to Jamie (employer number 1742), who wasnt there yesterday. Jamie said immediately: give me 15 mins, see what I can do. So I was waiting in the counter, and got the rare chance of observing how a proper repairing work should be done. Jamies professionalism in every step of dealing a cracked boots amazes me. It once again proves that if anyone puts their heart into a job, they can shine like no other. When Jamie finished the work, he torn off the receipt and apologized and also advised me how to take care of the walking boots in the future. This is actually the first time I went to Timpson, and I have to say that the service I received is absolutely top rate. Jamies professional skills and customer service are second to none. Thank you, Jamie! I trust that my boots now has a new released life and will take me many more steps ahead!
