LUXURY 5 BED WITH BAR

This property has so much potential but its just been left to rot. The house is dirtycleaning is so basic - move a piece of furniture and its pure dirt. Furniture broken on arrival (fault then being laid with us). Inadequate linen and what we did have was dirty; not enough duvets, covers and pillow cases. Unsafe light fixtures; one having exposed wires and another had water leaking through it. Theres just no care or love for this house which is so sad because everything else about it (location, architecture, layout, parking) is superb. Even as a place to lay your head, its not suitable. Do not book unless the owner has invested in some serious maintenance.

Stayed here for a weekend recently and arrived to a broken sofa bed and lots of other faults which we later got blamed for even though we have found evidence of previous occupants dealing with the same issues. Cold showers, dirty rooms, dodgy plug sockets and the list goes on. Seems like a way to scam people out of their security deposit so be warned before booking.

Horrendous doesn't cut it. Place was absolutely filthy and did not fit anywhere near the "capacity". Added to the fact we were offered no compensation for our visit. I can only say this place is an absolute scam. Pretty dangerous all things considered, with bricks ready to fall down in the musty bar. Can only assume people leaving positive reviews are the owners themselves.

Very spacious, great location and easy parking. Not particularly comfortable, very poor lighting except in the basement bar and only six chairs in the dining room. The ground floor had a separate heating system which wasn't working when we arrived. When I complained I was sent a YouTube video on how to fix it. I hope I managed not to do anything dangerous.
