        Awful experience overall. We spent mid five figures on a commercial alarm upgrade with them. They poorly managed the project and missed out multiple areas of the installation which we picked up on. On one occasion they installed additional equipment without approval despite us explicitly asking to not do so without an approved quote, following which they blindly charged. They do not have a formal complaints procedure and all of our complaints were dismissed. Service: Installation
