I chose Eagle to install my new home security system because I didn't want to use a huge company to whom I would be just a number; I wanted a local, more personal service which would enable me to speak to human. That's exactly what I got. The two gentlemen who installed the system today were absolutely brilliant. They worked hard - I didn't notice them taking a lunch break - and obviously knew exactly what they were doing. They were very considerate of me and my property all the time they were here; they cleaned up before they left and swept the floor; everything was explained to me and demonstrated clearly and I was asked several times if I was happy with everything and if I had any questions. I did have a couple of questions which were answered immediately so that by the time they left I felt comfortable with the system. I was assured many times that I can ring at any time to speak to a real person who will help me if I have any queries at all. They were delightful people. And the young man who initially came to assess the job and talk me through the options was equally professional and helpful. This is a family firm and its employees speak highly of the company. It was a genuine pleasure to have them in my home. I'm really glad I chose Eagle.

Eagle came and put in a new alarm system in our house. Main alarm board, control panel and garage sensor. Technician arrived on time, friendly guy who explained what work was going to be done and rough time frame for the work to be done. Late morning my wife had a online meeting and the technician took an early lunch so not to disturb the meeting. Work was completed within the day, he went through the new control panel, helped us install phone app and get it setup over the wifi plus went through the workings of the app in a way we could understand. He cleaned up all the areas he worked in and left no signs he'd been there, he had drilled through a wall so had hovered away the dust and left the area clean. Very impressed with the level of knowledge, customer service skills and professionalism, can't fault the work carried out. If your looking for a decent company to come and put in or upgrade your current alarm system you wont find any better.

Excellent service from a swift quote to completing the work. We had an old alarm replaced with additional sensors and keypad added. The two lads who fitted it were very tidy and even hoovered up muddy footprints made by my dad! 100% recommend.

Great service, all the staff are very pleasant, respectful, and super helpful! Nothing is too much for them. Everywhere is left very tidy when they have worked at our site, and all jobs done very efficiently. Thanks for your wonderful work!
