Absolute criminal business. Called up summer 2022 to advise of a mechanical failure in a 68 plate leon, was advised the vehicle would be repaired under warranty. Paid money to get the car recovered to them, waited weeks on end and they emailed us back saying the car has suffered a mechanical failure (info we already knew). Asked us for service history, we gave them an overview of all the service work it has had. They rejected the car on the basis it hasn't had enough service work. I offered to show indepth information (receipts for genuine parts etc) and their store manager accused me of fabricating this information. I spoke with SEAT head office who advised that the protocol had not been followed by this dealer and they would investigate but lo and behold, i didn't get anything back from them either. I wasted time and money with these guys based on what they agreed to do over the phone, and now completely deny having any such conversation. Stay away and find yourself a reputable independent garage, these guys only make money off of muppets willing to pay extortionate prices for basic services.
