This service is invaluable to people who want to explore the Victoria Centre is a wheel chair. This service means that people with heavey or motorised wheelchairs don't have to worry about trying to transport their own wheelchair or scooter, so they can use the centre freely just like any one else who is independent of their mobility. I have for years taken people to Victoria centre who are wheel chair users. Unless you have a wheel chair adapted vehicle, which can carry the shopper in their own chair, or carry their chair with them, so they can get out and into it themselves, the easy and most sensible way to shop in the centre is by hiring a chair from the mobility centre. I have recently taken a lady who likes to shop in Victoria Centre, she can walk and did so, but she was tired and fell lying pain, my easy option was to ask the mobility centre to assist me with a chair. They were very polite, very helpful, and very trained to take me through the process of using their chair. I did not need them to train me with the hire as I'm trained myself, but I allowed them to do their job. I understand this service is being taken away because its too costly. The reason it's too costly is because it is not put out to the public properly. Its not expensive, but the government are going to deprive people of this service because, it isn't cost effective.

The most helpful assistant ever works here. His name was Jolly, and he was extremely Helpful today with our first experience of shop mobility. He went above and beyond, from our initial phone call, right up to leaving. Id just like to say thank you very much. We will definitely be back again.
