    Massive queue on a Friday lunchtime. Was shouted as we came through the door to say there was a 10 minute wait. (This was actually a 30 min wait.) Older woman in there was putting bread in the oven when the cooked bread racks were full as more people were joining the queue. She then dissapeared and started multiple Deliveroo and JustEat orders rather than tackling down the queue. I asked if she could do the actual in person customer orders first to which she said she couldn't. Prioritisation issues are obviously detrimental to the service and the sandwiches being churned out as a result were rushed and looked awful. They did say they were short staffed which is fair enough, but looking at previous reviews contstantly taking online orders is a common theme. Won't be visiting again for a long time, as Subway's go this is one of the worst I've visited. Maybe a issue with management as they clearly can't keep quality staffing.
