        Visiting is very poor so far behind every other care home.You are very lucky if anyone answers the phone when you ring to check on loved ones.Visitng is only during working hours so if you go to work you have no chance of visiting as not very Accomadating at all

        Thank you to all at Acacia for taking exceptional care of my mum right to the end & they were so brilliant to all of our family & couldn't do enough to make us comfortable. So much so that I'm intending to volunteer there myself. The staff are so friendly & welcoming & cared for us as well as mum beyond the norm. My Aunt's (who flew over from Ireland) were so very impressed at the level of care & agree that we've never seen such dedication in any other care home in all their lives. Many many thank's to all the staff & Manager Noor you are all angels. Caroline Gordon (Maureen's daughter) Thank you to all at Acacia especially to Sheila who attended my mum's funeral yesterday & also brought me a beautiful bouquet of flowers too. You will always have a special place in my heart, not only for the care & dignity you all gave to Mum but also for your care & support of the whole family. I can't praise you all enough & have recommended you to many. I'm also booking myself in when my time comes. Love & respect to all of you. Caroline Gordon.
