Amazing lasagna, the best I've had outside of Italy. We had la zucca, butternut squash, and la romana that had the best ragu and taste. Made me think of the ragu a la bolognese you get anywhere in Bologna. Good choice of starters and deserts. We had tiramisu. Really fluffy mascarpone on top, really nice and light. I would use more coffee in the recipe though, but really good nonetheless. Like the choice of wine too. Can't wait to come again to try the other lasagna. Vegetarian options: Butternut squash lasagna
