Frangos Chicken Grill House

Avoid at all costs. Chicken sent instead of veggie burger, when we called to explain the manager refused to accept any mistake, saying he had sent veggie. If that was the case, I would be happily eating it. Refused to do anything about it. Advised to seek refund through deliveroo. But they havent confirmed delivery on deliveroo, so no way to complain as it deliveroo doesnt allow you to seek refund until Its been delivered. Edit since reply- there was certainly no shouting. The poor lady on the phone totally understood where we were coming from but the chef/manager kept saying he had sent the veggie burger. As I said, if that had been the case, we wouldnt have been calling to complain! Its a shame as we had enjoyed food from there before.

Forget Nando's! If I need to take friends for proper food, Portuguese style, I will take them to Frango's! The food is unbelievable, the service amazing! Best place to have chicken!
