I decided to try a reflexology session with Kathryn after reading the good reviews on here. Kathryn is very professional and explains everything she will do but then goes quiet to let you make the most of the treatment. Her treatment room is lovely and calming and so relaxing. Im looking forward to my next visit already. Highly recommend 5/5.

I had my first ever reflexology treatment a few days ago in a lovely, calm, environment and it was a very relaxing experience I would definitely recommend Kathryn and will be booking again, looking forward to it already.

I would highly recommend a session of Reflexology with Kathryn. She is so knowledgeable and is able to know which part of your body you have problems with before you know yourself!. From walking in to the room the aroma and soft music immediately puts you at ease. Kathryn is so friendly and nothing is to much trouble. I have even been known to fall to sleep, during a session. You leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Everyone needs a Kathryn in their lives.

I have had the most amazing reflexology sessions with Kathryn, who provides a calming and relaxing environment. Since having reflexology, combined with a change in eating habits and Kathryn's knowledge, I have felt so much healthier and noticed a massive improvement with my digestive system. I really can't recommend enough.
