        Ive known the MD since I can remember, hes honest and straightforward type of guy who treats you on a chef to chef level. Hes got a fantastic team, Jonathan is the guy who looks after us Chefs and the one that provides us the work, hes exactly the same type of person hes employed by, he sorted me out with work and he has been the guy start to finish every time! Thanks guys I will happily say that Im proud to represent them at TopChef. They are great to work with as SELF/PAYE. Thank Jono
