I have been working with Duncan Mcphee for a number of months and he has supported me to secure a job role that I wanted. Duncan is very client centred has been a great communicator throughout the whole process and has also helped me secure the salary I was hoping for. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company and they are very professional and bend over backwards to help and support candidates and employers. I have worked with Stephen James Consulting since 2016. They have just secured me a second role. I have found them to be very professional. Since starting my new role a couple of weeks ago I have received a weekly follow up phone call to check all is well with the role. There aren't many recruiters who would provide this after service.
