Had issues initially with getting paid as a duplicate account had been set up - apparently this was my fault. I did a taster session at a school which was unpaid. After the summer I attempted to contact the agency - e-mails bounced and no one responded to my messages. Went to the office to drop off ID documents - They had moved offices and not bothered to tell me even though I'd arrange to come in I was expected to chase up an unsubmitted timesheet with very limited notice I required an adult DBS check for one role told to pay for it my self and they would refund me. When i asked for a refund they cancelled it because apparently refund - a word they used means the same as cancelled ! 4 months later means I can't return to a role I enjoyed. I always respond to their emails about roles but then get radio silence and claims I don't respond to phone calls Completed safeguarding training on their site but reckon I have had over 20 emails demanding I complete it - including 6 in one day I've got more work via personally emailing schools than I've had from TP this term.

I've really enjoyed doing agency work with Teaching Personnel. Tara has been incredible. She has been friendly and understanding and has found me some wonderful placements. Absolutely fantastic!!
