They are fortunate to have ample room and appears to be always busy.
The downside is that if people are drinking in these micro pubs , then the long standing public houses are losing more and more customers and are being pushed to closure quicker.
As Heanor doesn't have any pubs that I would remotely visit as they are full of various people ( I would be in trouble if I described them in my terms ) - apart from possibly The Crown - I suppose it doesn't really matter .
