Out with family for a birthday treat. Booked in advance. Meal ordered but informed no fish !!. Meals arrived and wifes Lasagne almost inedible as dry and overheated (cannot say overcooked as not cooked on premises). Both wife and granddaughter found hair in their meal but when the server was informed he just walked away.

Usual chain pub affair, reasonable price and reasonable food. Service times were decent and the staff were on the ball. Only slight complaint was there seemed to be less / different menu options in the restaurant when compared to the menu on the website which reduced the options quite a bit for my vegetarian girlfriend.

Very nice food and very pleasant staff will use more often.....sadly won't be using until the menu changes, to remove most of the best items from the menu, sorry staff can't fault you

Awful female staff who are very sexist, my partner and her friend were sat in the corner enjoying a drink after having spent a lot of money on food for 4 of them, two of them left, my partner went to the bar for a last drink and was told by the female member of bar staff that they were too drunk, she would serve them coffee but nothing else. I collected them from the pub and they were not drunk or anti social, strangely enough we have been in there before and found men much more drunk and louder but the staff carried on serving them and didnt say a word to them, maybe the prude staff member doesnt like women having a good time without men being present, obvious to say we will never ever go in there again.
