Elephant in the Room Psychotherapy

Jo is an amazing therapist, I highly recommend Elephant in the Room to anyone who is considering therapy. This will be my fourth year (with small breaks) I have been attending therapy with Jo, she provides a safe and comfortable space to discuss anything you would like to explore. During this time, I have completed several bouts of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) as well which has changed my life.

We cant thank Jo enough for her help over the last 2 years.she has changed our lives for the better ,going above and beyond to help my daughter. Shes a great listener and her approach was amazing .After an unbearable wait from the NHS and when we felt so desperate for help she stepped in and from then on my daughter was in safe hands. I wish there was more people like Jo with her approach to Mental health issues. My daughters life is 100% better for her time spent at Elephant in the room .I cant recommend her or thank her enough . Keep doing what you do ..
