Hester has a natural ability to know exactly how to help in any situation, she is a born healer. Hester makes you feel so comfortable in talking and helped me no end. She has taught me ways to deal with certain situations and recognise when I need to put these actions in place. I will be forever grateful to her for helping me out of one of the darkest moments in my life. Thank you Hester, you really are an angel!

This was my first time doing hypnotherapy and was very nervous,but hester made me feel at ease and calm within her environment.She made it feel very welcoming, she was also very friendly and easy to talk to making it very clear what the session was about and what we was going to do and what we was setting out to achieve,without ever talking down to me. Hester stood out for me because of her personality and she makes the best use of it,I can honestly say I can see the improvements I seen in myself on building my confidence and self worth, and slowly seeing myself no longer having those bad habits that effected those quality's,I can highly recommend her if you are struggling you won't regret it
