Chris is an extremely considerate, adaptable and compassionate counsellor. I cannot recommend him highly enough and am eternally grateful for the significant changes he's encouraged in my life. If you're ever considering counselling, please do it - booking your first session can be the hardest part.

I cannot recommend Chris enough. He's helped me reframe my thinking and gain confidence during some of the worst moments in my life. No matter how terrible or trivial your situation might seem going to someone like Chris is invaluable. If I could review his services with more than 5 stars I would.

Wonderful and insightful theropy. I have truly been able to turn my life around with Chris' help. He has a very knowledgeable and understanding attitude; he reframes past events in such a way that they become easy to tackle and sort through. I would give this service more than 5 stars if I could.

Chris has helped me understand and overcome one of the most difficult periods of my life. He is inquisitive, empathetic, good-humoured, and prides himself on his professionalism. It has been a pleasure to work with him and I would urge those toying with the idea of therapy to give it a try. He is very flexible when it comes to scheduling sessions which is also very much appreciated.
