The first ever UK property management franchise - quite an undertaking but there is a real appetite for it. Its nice to see Samantha Massey putting her heart and soul into this new venture (well one year in at the time of writing) and delivering the training to ambitious franchisees directly. The infrastructure backbone that SDL Property Partners provides in terms of accounts personnel/processes and software in particular, is essential. They are often a barrier to property (block) managers branching out on their own. Sam is also building a network of the best suppliers around each franchisee to give them all the best possible start. This is the best franchise scheme currently available for people looking to run their own property management business. Sam Massey and Duncan Foster are very knowledgeable and the people to speak to, having been property managers themselves so they have a lot of experience and can answer any questions you have. Theres plenty of training, support and encouragement for franchisees to succeed.
