Really terrible at responding & take a long time to resolve issues. Ive emailed and called, yet no one has got back in touch. Edit (response to the owner): You clearly havent checked the correspondence properly. Either the contact details youve provided arent working or your company just cant be bothered to sort things out. I strongly believe its the latter considering I made contact a month ago. I have evidence of the email being sent from my end & calling the numbers youve provided. Ive passed the issue onto my landlord, who got in touch with a third party, who have then got back in touch with you lot. Now its just a waiting game -again. Im absolutely annoyed at the fact I STILL have not received an email or a call back from you, yet you lot are quick enough to respond to a review on google. Why would I do the same things youve asked me to do when youve failed me with your service time & time again? The irony. Please do better.

My initial review was far from positive, however Zip have picked up the slack since my initial interactions with their firm and their speed of response has been within 24 hours to all my mail. As I am not on site , I can't comment on the quality of their service, but I imagine if it is lacking I would quickly hear so from my tenants

The most ignorant, incompetent and disgusting letting management possibly in this country. Ignore emails, leave phones off the hook, never answer queries or solve problems, blatantly do not care about tenants and don't care that the tenants know it. Leave sick and rubbish in communal areas of buildings and do nothing about it. If I could express in words how much I hate these people, It would probably be inappropriate to put on the internet.
