Daniela was a very pleasant individual and helped me greatly with organisation of rent payments and general questions about the tenancy. The company didn't seem to know a lot about the property when we first viewed it (in terms of layout and ownership) but this is to no fault of their own as I believe the landlords weren't very clear either. This being said any questions or maintenance concerns are replied to diligently.

My daughter had an issue with her boiler pressure and contact Alex (from maintenance team) who came out, found the fault and repairs were carried out quickly and during times that suited her work schedule. Cannot fault the response and customer service/communication throughout the repair. Thanks Alex!!

My rental properties have been fully managed by City Lettings for the last 3 years and I have to say I can't fault their service! After years of mismanagement by various agents, City were the first to make it a truly "hands off" affair. The properties were always fully let and good rental incomes were achieved with all maintenance issues also being dealt with promptly, all whilst keeping me informed along the way. I have recently also sold my properties through their sales team and again the service was proactive and professional. If not for their diligence there was an increasing likelihood of the sales falling through due to the incompetence of the solicitors, fortunately we got over the line. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending their services to other landlords and pass on my sincere thanks to Tom, Matt and the rest of the team for their efforts over the years.
