        We rented a property for 3.5 years through Patrick David Property Services and couldn't fault them. When we had an issue with our boiler this was resolved within 2 days and on a weekend. Tom was our point of contact and always found him really friendly and caring even when our tenancy came to an end.

        There services are absolutely good.I live in Sutton So have a good and priceless experience with them.I prefer my friends them because there quality service and responds to our queries and concerns is great.

        I wish there was a 6 star rating, because they deserve it! I lived with PD property services for 5 years and Tom was the best landlord anyone could wish for. There were hardly any problems and if they occurred they were dealt with as quick as possible. The only reason why I had to leave was energy bill increase. 10/10
