Couldn't recommend this company, Katie in particular has been very helpful and friendly and kept me updated along the way. Also thank you to the contractors that came to complete the work as they were very respectful of my property and polite and friendly

Had to use this company because the letting agent prefers them - they were rude on the phone when booking a repair and lacked customer services. On the day, the booked appointment was delayed - but I got no call to say they were running late and when I called to find out what was happening I got a rude person called Kate/Katie on the phone. No apology, no sympathy just rudeness. All she kept saying is "I will cancel the appointment if you cant wait" Luckily the engineer who came was lovely and helpful. But by no means would I use this company again if I had the choice. I have complained to the letting agent and the landlord for the poor service. Not even worth of 1 star.
