I would give no starts if possible and Im pretty sure that the owners of this company would accept this behaviour as the receptionist was very apologetic and has logged a complaint for a manager call back but they really need to vet the people they employ. The engineer was practically barking at me in a very aggressive manner from the moment he arrived at my home. He then told me that there wasnt a leak! I said its been doing it for months and you can see the water-mark damage inside the cupboard and smell the damp. I put the washing machine on to prove it. Every time I left the room he was shouting me aggressively to come back so he could make an unnecessary statement. When I told him to have some manners in someones home he started shouting. I told him if hes going to shout in my house then please leave. He then switched the machine off When I left the room, left water in the drum and told me its condensation from the boiler. Gushing water from a pipe when the washer empties is not a boiler issue! Im no engineer but Im not daft! He told me I need a gas engineer! Asked me to sign something I said Im going to ring someone first because That doesnt sound right and he left. Worst experience ever. Extremely rude, unprofessional and didnt do anything to try to fix the issue.

This maintenance company are a complete joke after waiting for over 3months waiting for my repair to be done, then on the day of the repair only to get a phone call saying my repair to be cancelled due to emergency call outs and then have the cheek to say its been re booked for a other 4 WEEKS time.

I just want to say a big thankyou to the 3 guys who helped me out today. I had just come off my third night shift only to realise I had forgotten my house keys, luckily for me these guys were passing so I asked them if they could help me by using a ladder to climb through my bedroom window and unlock my door. A big thankyou to the young man who did this for me,what a lovely bunch of guys thanks to them I could get to my bed for a well deserved sleep.
