I have been a loyal investor with FTLL for several years now, and I must say that their investment process is exactly as advertised - a truly hands-off service that takes care of everything. But what really sets FTLL apart is their impeccable communication and exceptional service, especially after the properties are refurbished and rented out. I would like to take this opportunity to shine a light on one particular employee who has made my investment experience with FTLL an absolute delight - Harriet. She has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure that everything is in order, and her dedication and attention to detail make her a true asset to the company. While I must say that everyone at FTLL is great, my personal experience with Harriet has been exceptional. Thanks to the wonderful service provided by FTLL and the outstanding work of Harriet, I have every intention of continuing my investment journey with this company for many years to come. Absolutely shambles.....first got accepted for a property....left the holding deposit etc..... didn't hear anything more, until I drove passes the property to see someone else moving in.........so when questioned it appeared I didn't send a screenshot of my credit report...... surly you could have rang me and explained......but then I got offered another property on the same street, which my original holding deposit was used for, this property was "available immediately" apparently, but then I got told the current tenants move out on the 19th feb.......turns they'd already left before then...... didn't hear a peep again until I rang them, only to be told it's having repairs.....I mean come on, how hard is it to ring people so today I got told it'll be ready for the 17th......not on my watch.....I'm going elsewhere.
