Very happy with their service - especially the communication with Sophie was excellent. The property I rented changed the letting agents to them and since then it got much much better. We usually got a reply very quickly and if there was a problem, they actually fixed it and were very quick at that. I have experience with various agencies/landlords in the UK, but these were the best so far!

We rent from JMI Holdings and we have had communication with Sophie who works for them. Excellent service from Sophie and is quick to reply and help us when needed. Would recommend JMI holdings and would highly recommend Sophie.

Jonathan's provides an excellent level of service. Not only is he experienced, knowledgeable and honest, but his friendly and approachable character adds to the customer experience immensely. I am happy with my decision of choosing JMI Holdings. Would recommend.

I would highly recommend Jonathan's mentoring services if you are looking to start investing in property in some shape or form. Jonathan really helped me strategize a clear strict plan in relation to what I wanted to achieve, which saved me a serious amount of time looking into properties which were unnecessary. From there, Jonathan pushed me every week with things I needed to achieve by the next meeting, and helped me break down deals and ascertain what way to go with a property and conclude an offer to put in. This was an invaluable experience. Jonathan never cut off when the session was due to end and was always willing to reply to messages in his own time, showing his passion for property and willingness for you to succeed. He's a down to earth guy and makes you feel comfortable in the process from the get go.

At a young age Jonathan has acquired an enormous amount of knowledge and experience across the property industry which has enabled him to provide a unique and holistic view of the industry. While working with Jonathan hes been able to provide advice and add value to every deal weve discussed from sourcing through to design.
