Ive had a very poor experience which is likely to result in legal action against the owner. It starts with buying a property which cost a total of 115,000 only to be valued 6 months later at 87,500 (on discovery Day all people are advised that they source BMV properties). Then there are all manner of things that turn out to need doing to the second property I bought from them (total cost 160K, valued later at 140K). My barrister was in touch with the company 2.5 months ago with a lengthy letter. It took 5-6 weeks to get any reply (it was a one line acknowledgment) and we have heard nothing since. I would advise people to avoid at all costs. I also intend to set up a website outlining this experience if the company continues to play the game it is playing at the moment Update: Fosse Taylor received a legal letter signed by a barrister I am using some 5 months ago nearly. About 6 weeks after this, they finally acknowledged it. In the intervening period, they have made no effort to get in touch with me or my solicitor either by phone, email or letter. It is a truly disgusting affront to customer decency and I would advise any potential investor to seriously think twice and thrice before doing any business with them. Further update: (29 September 2019) Still no response from Fosse Taylor. They appear to fall asleep when a client has genuine cause for concern or makes any kind of complaint. Update: October 4 2019 Still not a word from the client centred people at Fosse Taylor, some 5 months after a complaint had been sent to them. 5 months! Update: November 21 2019 Despite another legal letter sent to the company, they have refused to respond. This shows nothing but terrible contempt for Fosse Taylors Customers.

Lady from this company came to view property and presented a ridiculous low offer. They clearly take advantage of elderly folks who may be in need of money. Very unethical. Do not sell them your property !

Currently in dispute over poor refurbishment and their claims that their advertised renovations are nothing to do with fossey taylor Bren parkins-knight to respond to your comment 'why wouldn't other people know things can go wrong, as per other reviews on here'. Yes, I do know things can go wrong but this case is something else entirely! I expect you are connected with FS in some way

The Discovery Day at Fossey Taylor is great and goes through the benefits of property investment, case studies of property sourced and refurbished - the model works perfectly if you live far away from your investment area. Bear in mind you need a fair bit of funds to get started in this business- nothing is sugar coated, you still do need to do your own due diligence etc.....and as with any investment, especially property, things are likely to go wrong (why wouldn't you know this?!...as per other reviews on here..) ..I liked the fact they didn't hard sell, were relaxed, honest and transparent. I plan to buy and let out a property from them soon and will report back!
