Rude, impatient, arrogant. I'm elderly and ge rushed me and huffing and puffing when I couldn't find the change. My hand is poorly and arthritis and he had silly smirk on his face and hands on hip. Learn basic manners.

Extremely rude and sarcastic person. Laughed in my face TWICE and he kept reminding me and obviously himself that he's the boss. Unprofessional.

Very rude and argumentive. Cracking personal jokes and laughing at me is not acceptable, literally I'm forced now to go to another post office, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

The agent is very racist. He speaks in rude ways and said rush shouldnt have sent you that tracking number. Hit the button. No idea what he was telling me. Very abrupt and seemed to do it just to me. Even though he was also Asian. He was ever so nice to the white customers. Told me my parcel left UK. I went home and checked as I do anyways. Parcel is still in Milton Keynes. Due to cyber attack. The guy lied after he was rude then when I called him back he got worse on the phone. He needs unconscious bias training and misogynist awareness. Racists can be black too mate. You dont fool me. Same behaviour every time in your shop. Complaint. Ill soon stop coming there. You need to do better.
