Gedling Road Post Office

Terrible service that I encountered today at this post office. The man at the counter insisted I wait thirty minutes before I get served, even though there was nobody else inside the shop. So I waited patiently, without any hesitation and then when we finally served me, he was rude, abrupt and very unwelcoming. I certainly will not be going here again as Ive never experienced such an unfriendly service before.

I go in this postoffice EVERYDAY he is never rude or angry as some people have posted.. he is fantastic with my children and gives them a little treat everytime we visit and always asks me about my day and how I am.. people in Arnold need to chill out..most who live here are too entitled its a post office not 5 star service get over your selves !

Great service as always! Never had any problems or issues with anyone that works here! They take interest in how you are and what youre up to instead of just accepting parcels etc! Nice to have a little chat and cheeky banter! Keep up the good work
