        Horrific customer experience, only use if absolutely necessary. The post office is not fit for purpose since moving to the back of WHSmiths. You will face long queues with minimal amount of staff. Be prepared to wait a long time for something as simple as a QR return.

        An extremely bad experience. Sent an item worth 1300 here which turned out to be lost. I could not track the parcel because of the lost receipt and when I returned to the post office again the staff refused to help with a copy of the receipt or a tracking number. Three months have passed with no progress and no way to claim.
