Melton Road Post Office

This Post Office is getting worse and worse over time, long queues all year around, the Post Master is never there and leaves his wife to run the post office on her own, and you can see that she is ran off her feet doing everything there. So many people saved this Post Office years ago from closing, and it like a sinking ship and it's best to go down to the one in the Coop as they faster than this one

Wont be using this post office again. Rude and not helpful at all. Asked me to leave parcels outside and they went missing after a scan

Always use this postoffice the lady behind the counter is always helpful in letting me know the best service at what price to use. Very friendly and always a speedy service.

Unfortunately I have never had a positive experience at this post office. Ive lived in WB for the past 7 years but whenever I have gone in, the people working there are just so rude. At first, I thought they might be having a bad day but its been the same every time since. They dont reciprocate your hello or goodbye. Theres no smile. No engagement. I feel like Im an inconvenience when Im there. I dont understand it as that particular post office should do really well given its location and the community it serves but everyone I speak to about it seems to share the same experience. A pity.
