        I went in to return an Amazon package. My first time doing so, so I had NO IDEA what I was doing. The woman standing behind the Postal section, didn't give eye contact, was blunt / rude. She told me I had to have my return packaged - fair enough, but you're a Post Office, so why didn't she suggest which envelope or packaging I should go for, for my returning item?? She kept sipping/drinking her water too as if she didn't want to talk. Then I asked her where the other Post Office(s) is/are, and she just said "over there" and pointed. Oh yeah. Because that's helpful information !?!? I think she needs a new job !!! Unhelpful, rude & no communication skills ......

        Went to renew driving licence apart from a return of my good morning greeting no please or thank you was present very rude lady who needs to look for a job she may like ! Customer skills non existent!
