Little Hallam Lane Post Office

Went for an International Driving Permit. Id got the old one in my hand and let a couple of people go before me as I knew they take a few minutes. The woman behind the counter told me to just ask her or Id be there all day. I asked and she immediately said she couldnt do it as the photo wasnt right. It was the same photo as my old one, but she didnt know that at this point. It was clear she couldnt be bothered to do do it. When I pointed out that it was the same photo as the last one, she said in that case its not recent enough.

On a number of occasions now, I have tried to use the post office service however the staff in store haven't been trained and so the post office counters were closed. I'm talking a Monday after 4pm, Thursday at 6pm and 8.30 one morning. I appreciate unanticipated absences can't be helped, however this has not been on one occasion. The service shouldn't be offered if it cannot be provided. I won't be wasting my journey to this post office in future

We use the drop and go service, the staff are so helpful and very friendly.
