The Wolds Post Office

Always friendly and happy to have a chat, if not too busy. Will be willing to help out with home insurance or even travel money. Can't ever fault the staff. Liz and Lucy, along with the rest of the team are a credit to The Post Office !!

The staff are so so helpful and patient here! I had so many custom forms to fill out for a parcel I was sending but the staff were really kind and helped me out where I needed it. I used to be really scared about sending parcels internationally but because of my experience today I feel less worried about sending more through this branch :)

Fabulous little Post office with happy and friendly service. Great that they accept cheques to be paid into HSBC too now that the branch in West Bridgford has been closed

went to return 15 of 20p's that had been given to me accidentally by the elderly man who works there (I had asked for less but he told me it wasn't possible?) Upon trying to return them I was met with instant aggression from the older lady who told me 'she owns the shop so are you accusing me of making a mistake??' I explained that it was the other gentleman who worked there saying 'oh they told me they couldn't give me the amount I asked for'. the lady took extreme offense that i had referred to the man as 'them' and started threatening to go over CCTV to see who really made the mistake, the entire time me and my partner where politely just asking to return the 2p's as she berated us. I also explained that I suffer with pretty bad anxiety and didn't want the confrontation of arguing with the man so I left with the wrong amount to which she replied: 'so you had no reason to leave.' I hope they do go over the CCTV and watch this man refuse to give me less 2p's. absolutely worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life, will never go here again
