        Never had an issue, I'm out all day at work and they reliably deliver parcels to the delivery office when I'm out. Show up with an ID and your card and they'll have it for you pronto. Quick, easy and friendly staff all round. Would happily use Royal mail over nearly any other parcel service, they are one of the most consistent out there. Update Aug 2022: Opening hours have shortened drastically for evenings, resulting in no parcel collections most days of the week apart from Thursdays if you are quick back from work. Disappointing change. Update October 2022: Just tried to pick up a parcel on Thursday at 16:20 (should be open until 18:00) and it was already closed. Turns out they've updated the opening times on their website to show they are now closed on Thursdays. This means I can only collect parcels on Saturday morning, when I am frequently not free. Appalling service.
