        Booked a couple of test drives with Tom Hale. Sorted really quickly and efficiently, helped with questions throughout and gave a brilliant service. All the better considering he wasn't going to get a sale out of it directly. Helped with questions following the drive and car now on order - hopefully they make it quicker than expected!

        I phoned OPC Nottingham a couple of weeks ago to book my 718GT4 in for it's first service and had a poor experience within the first few seconds of contact! This is how it went - I phoned the main number and asked to be put through to the service department to make the booking. The person who initially answered my call tried to put me through but apparently the service people were busy. I was then asked for my number and told that hopefully somebody would call me in the next couple of days! HOPEFULLY - really?? COUPLE OF DAYS - really. I never did get a call back. You really need to retrain that person with customer care skills. Anyway you lost the business to OPC Leicester and all because of that very short interaction I had with that person who was answering the calls for yourselves on that day. A lesson in how NOT to do business.
