        Literally worst council ever! Never reply to the emails never answer the phone, is anyone even working there??

        Thank you so much for your highest level of professionalism and genuine compassion. I had a family emergency yesterday. A professional officer visited our sister's home to ensure her safety. The officer who answered the phone also was very thorough, sincere on her empathy of our dire family emergency, and displayed the highest level of compassion. One of these days when I am able to visit the area locally, I owe your team an in person thank you. Please pass along to your whole team: BRAVO ZULU!!
