        DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY FOR A QUOTE They charged me 80 to send someone out to give a quote. Refused to tell me anything until I paid. When I eventually gave in and paid they just gave a report with no prices on and refused to engage further. The managing director is rude and aggressive. Save your money and get a quote from somewhere else

        I have been a landlord in Dunkirk for 15+ years with 10 victorian properties, modified for student lets. I have used Pellier for the last 3 years and have found them excellent in every way. Reliable, speedy, understandably priced, good communicators and a freindly / considerate group of guys who explain what they are doing and dont' leave a mess. Just before lockdown they removed a large double victorian chimney stack and re roved .... from asking to completing in C 10 days. I wish I had found them earlier.
