Severn Trent informed me that I had a burst underground pipe which needed to be repaired as soon as possible. I struggled to find someone that could do the job (and be able to start as soon as possible) Karl responded straight away. And from the very start kept me informed EVERY step of the way. The job was completed within hours, Karl showed me the damaged pipe and what the problem was. He also sent me photos of the work, because the work was underground it was reassuring to have this proof for Severn Trent should it be requested, along with the photos Karl also sent me a Watermark Certificate to confirm his repairs were carried out by an approved contractor. The notification of the burst pipe was stressful (& worrying) but Karls quick response, professionalism & being true to his word changed everything! Karl and Sam have been absolutely amazing! From the first quote they have been more than helpful with suggestions and solutions to get the best result for our ensuite, central heating and bathroom. They are always professional and always answer/return calls, they always turn up on time and leave everywhere very tidy and presentable. They are always more than willing to answer any questions we have about our house renovation and we really value & trust their answers & opinions. Karl came at short notice to diagnose my failed old boiler, this turned out to be uneconomical to repair so he sourced and fitted a new vaillant boiler with a 10 year warranty, quickly and efficiently and got my house warm again in no time. Employed Principle Energy Solutions to undertake investigative work following receiving a letter from the water supplier highlighting a suspected water leak at my property. The plumber arrived and explained what investigations would done and carried them out. Upon discovering the issue provided me a report to be sent to the water supplier. Would absolutely recommend...turned a fitted wardrobe in part of a double bedroom into a small shower room with toilet, radiator, sink and shower with enclosure. Built a stud wall, added a brand new door opening and door, repurposed the old wardrobe fixtures to create another wardrobe in the existing bedroom leaving two fab rooms out of one, completed to a very high standard. Great finish, reasonable rates, nothing was too much trouble, thought about everything and gave me options at every stage. Plus super clean and very reliable. Couldn't be happier.
