Honest, friendly & knowledge Had my boiler fitted 2 years ago. Craig was knowledgable and friendly and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He has also been to service it since at a very reasonable cost. He has also helped with other plumbing emergencies, including over the phone (after hours). Many plumbers would have come round and charged a fortune but he guided me to sort the issue over the phone. Can't recommend CTH enough.

Great service. Highly recommend, fitted my boiler years ago, they have happily serviced it every year since. Also fitted my bathroom perfect job aswell.

CTH were quick enough to come round to install a new boiler. I got no choice in the matter it was Ideal or nothing. I guess he gets a bigger cut out of it, or the boiler is cheap allowing him room maximise on installation costs. i was told the new boiler would be better than my old clunker. It isn't. It is much noisier - the one thing that matters when it sits in a cupboard out of sight. I am not impressed with it or the installer. I have tried a few times to get him to come and do the annual service. No response to either my call or email. I guess he does not see this part of the job as worth his while financially.
