    Not a great experience in this instance I'm afraid. Has serviced our boiler previously and we were happy with the results. Unfortunately on this occasion, we booked in mid November with a possible fault and were told the first available appointment would be 12th December, which was fair enough. We were told that our time slot would be between 08:30 and 09:00, which we were more than happy with. Come the day of the appointment, we hadn't heard anything by 10:30 of that morning. Not a massive problem as we understand that some jobs can overrun. By 10:50 we still hadn't heard anything and so we decided to call to see what was happening? During the phone call, my partner was told that all appointments were cancelled because of a faulty piece of equipment and that he wouldn't be coming. While we appreciate that these things can happen and it's no one's fault, it is a bit off when the Tradesperson in question doesn't contact you beforehand to let you know that they're not able to attend. Like I said, we've had no issues with this service in the past, but this has left something of a bad taste in our mouths. As a result, we will be going elsewhere as no guarantee of another appointment was given. I don't like giving negative reviews to be perfectly honest, but this unfortunately was a negative experience. Especially as we don't know if we'll have any heating or hot water over Christmas as a result.
