Matt arrived within 10 minutes of my emergency call! Sorted the problem straight away. Great service from a seemingly nice bloke. But then. Matt has never given me the Benchmark and warranty documents for the boiler. I have tried so many times to contact him but he never comes back to me. Very disappointing! Im now left with a boiler with NO WARRENTY!!!!

Asked for payment and then only did half the job. Never came back despite many promises. Absolutely hopeless.

Great job from the guys at Whitehead replacing a faulty radiator tail end the same day as I called. Managed to do it without draining the system which saved time and cost. Will definitely recommend and use again for any plumbing needs.

Great service from Matt & the guys at Whitehead Plumbing and heating, our old boiler was leaking, Matt came round within an hour of my calling, after discussion we decided on a new boiler. Matt and his team came out and fitted the new boiler the very next day. They turned up bang on the time they said, they were all polite and courteous, fitted the boiler and cleared up all the mess. I would definitely recommend Matt and his team, competitive pricing and A1 service.
