I have never had any complants about my work I have many happy customers and have been self employed for over 10 years. Most of my work is word of mouth. How would that happen if I was as bad as this customer is making me out to be? If this customer was so upset by my work why has he never phoned me to complain? Scott Barber

We agreed to have a boiler and thermostat fitted by scott and there locations which were all agreeded on before we shook hands. In the end scoot would not fit the thermostat where the original one was as it was clear he just wanted to finish and leave. Scott barber also left us with a gas leak so I asked him to return and rectify the issue but he would not return. The leak was so bad the national grid had to come out and capped my gas off and then the gas safety team came out to inspect the work and found a number of faults and told scott barber to return and rectify the number of faults. Scott likes to pull faces when you question him and gets defensive him but his prices are a little lower for a reason. I would recommend for safety look for another SAFE gas engineer.

We and the rest of the family have used Scott for a few years now and he's always come out quickly if we have had heating or gas problems or if we need any quotes or work doing. He saved us a lot of money in our old house when our boiler stopped working. Another plumber said we needed a new boiler but Scott said we needed a replacement part to the boiler and saved us thousands. He's very knowledgeable and trustworthy and we couldn't recommend him highly enough. He's just replaced our boiler, all our pipework and radiators in our new house and made sure that most of the pipes going from upstairs to downstairs were positioned in the right place so you couldnt see them when you walked into the room. He turned up when he said he would, worked really hard and never left until each part of the job was finished each day. His prices are pretty good too for his level of skill and expertise. Thanks Scott for making our house lovely and warm and we will see you again when we do our bathrooms no doubt.
