1st Class Pizza

They cancelled my order without letting me know, so I waited for over an hour. I called and the staff were so rude when I asked basic questions and refused to apologise. They need to learn not to accept orders they cant do (I only ordered two things).

Food is very nice and tasty Reasonable prices Only criticism is had to wait 2 hours 4 minutes for food to arrive and that was absolutely disgusting, and disappointing.

Wouldnt even give one star but thats the only way I could right a review, the attitude from the staff was disgusting after contacting them to find out the order we was suppose to receive 35 minutes ago had still not left and was told would be at least another 30 minutes, no apology off the manager who answered the call just a load of shouting down the phone and in the background when rudely passed over to another member of staff. Dont waste your time ordering from here l.

I ordered on Uber Eats for my food to arrive at approx 8:45pm, driver arrived from a completely different company at 7:15pm, so I explained to him, I didn't order food from them - 1st class pizza, so they went away. Turns out it was MY order!!!!!! I ordered a Mega Burger with Chips incl paying extra for this + fried mushrooms, fried onions on the burger too + Southern fried chicken and garlic mushrooms, food arrived not at the time it was booked for + NO mushrooms, NO fried onions on the burger AND NO chips with the burger that I paid extra for & neither did the Southern Fried Chicken. 1/2 the food arrived too early, the other never arrived at all. It's says Big Daddy Burgers on Uber eats but that's NOT their name they're trading under, they're trading as '1st class pizza'. Wouldn't recommend. Not sure what's happening with the company = sounds & is dodgy. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY.
