        My wife and I has never done Pilates class before so first time we did it with Jeremy online for 30 mins feel so good after that we still keep continue workout with Jeremy we both enjoy it feel very welcome. He explains the positions well & makes sure you do them correctly always polite. Its pushed me to motivates and challenge myself and my wife. I would highly recommend Jeremy

        Daniel mace here, I played football for Great Britain deaf and England football. Im been 1-1 with him every Wednesday. He is really good and he catches where my weak body are and he made my body lots improve. Very useful with him.

        Jeremy is very good and knowledgable! I enjoyed every of exercise. I feeling so much stronger and flexible! Highly recommend to all people to try out with Jermey Pilates Nottingham. He can communication with deaf people which its fantastic thought. 10 of 10

        I've been doing Jeremy's on line Pilates all through the lockdown. They've been a brilliant start to the day. Good pace and variety. He really packs in a lot over the half hour. I feel much better for it and will certainly continue when the lockdown is over. The new FIIT class is great too. Thank you, Jeremy.
